We have been roasting gourmet coffee locally for over 12 years. We started small by selling only to intimate coffee shops and local baristas. We have since expanded and now provide our premium coffee to some of the best restaurants and top markets around. We have been roasting gourmet coffee locally for over 12 years. We started small by selling only to intimate coffee shops and local baristas. We have since expanded and now provide our premium coffee to some of the best restaurants and top markets around. We select the top 1% of our coffee bean from the best growing regions throughout the world. Because of our long and trusted relationships with our farmers we have access to the choicest bean that many others don't. Much of our best coffee is Organic and it is always Fairly Traded. We use 100% Arabica bean, which grows at higher elevations and is hand picked. Our different roasts and varietals all offer special qualities that can be intense and contain intricate aromas that can be reminiscent of flower, fruit, honey, caramel and toasted bread. We are most proud of our JOE for its superior quality and taste.
Our blends and single origin roasts come from these primary origins: Latin America, Africa and Indonesia.
We are a small ROASTING HOUSE in Oceanside California and are partial to working with our LOCAL communities.
We ROAST daily by hand in SMALL batches so our coffee is extremely FRESH and high in QUALITY.
Our bean is literally HAND PICKED because we buy the TOP 1% in the world.
We source the best ORGANIC Coffee and use it for special roasts and varietals.
We FAIRLY TRADE for all our green bean.
